After gaining initial experience in the legal department of a bank, she trained in criminal law under an investigating judge in the financial division of the Paris Judicial Court, and then at a law firm, where she developed recognized expertise in white-collar crime law alongside Félix de Belloy.
In 2020, Anaïs Mehiri founded her own firm, MHR Avocats, which specializes in white-collar crime. At the firm, she advises executives and companies facing sensitive criminal matters with significant financial stakes. There, she has developed specialized expertise in cases involving breaches of integrity (corruption, influence peddling, illegal conflict of interest, embezzlement of public funds, and favoritism) and those affecting a company’s financial standing (fraud, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering, and tax evasion).
She regularly handles cases with an international dimension, in which proceedings are underway simultaneously in several countries.
In 2026, she co-founded the law firm Belot Bellescize Mehiri, driven by a rigorous and tenacious approach to criminal defense.
Anaïs Mehiri was a winner of the René Cassin International Human Rights Competition and a finalist in the Caen Memorial Lawyers' Moot Court Competition.

A graduate of the Universities of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and Lille, Constance Lecouturier was admitted to the bar in 2024.
